WHY I STARTED THE COURAGE CLUB

Hey, I’m Kelly Roach.

I’m an 8-figure entrepreneur, USA Today bestselling author, and former Fortune 500 executive. I was promoted seven times in eight years, led teams of more than 100 people, and have spent the last decade building companies and teaching thousands of entrepreneurs about business, leadership, sales, and wealth creation.
But The Courage Club is some of the most important work I’ve ever done.

It started with my daughter, Madison.
I wanted her learning about money before her first paycheck. I wanted her exposed to entrepreneurship, leadership, communication, and big ideas while she was still young. I wanted her learning directly from incredible women who could show her just how many possibilities exist for her life.

And as she got closer to the middle school years, I wanted her to have another circle outside of school. Girls who were excited to dream big, try new things, and genuinely cheer each other on.

I realized I didn’t just want this for Madison. I wanted to create it for our daughters.
